Organizational Structure of Information Security
SenseTime Group has set up the Cybersecurity Committee and the Data Security and Personal Information Protection Committee. Meanwhile, all the departments of the Group have designated personnel responsible for the information security-related work of each department, such as implementing security technology and distributing the committees' resolutions to their departments.

Institutional System
SenseTime Group has established an Anti-Fraud Committee, responsible for the Group's internal and external anti-fraud undertaking. With the efforts of various departments, TCP has been fully implemented in all aspects of SenseTime Group. We understand that it is crucial for SenseTime’s sustainable development to comply with all applicable trade laws and regulations in China and abroad. We will continue building and improving the Trade Compliance Program (TCP) by cultivating a compliance culture in which senior management takes the lead while all employees rigorously follow required compliance practices.
